ALL CAMPS - COMMON NOTES

CHECK-IN SESSIONS WILL HAVE A QUICK INTRODUCTION MEETING FOR ALL TO ATTEND

LUNCHES - NO LUNCHES ARE PROVIDED DURING THE CAMP

AT THE END OF THE CAMP - AN EXITING MEETING FOR ALL TO ATTEND - ALL TO BE PRESENT

REFUNDS - IF IN AN EVENT YOUR ATHLETE IS UNABLE TO ATTEND A CAMP THAT HAS ALREADY REGISTERED FOR, PLEASE CONTACT AARON KINSLOW FOR CLARIFICATION ON THE REFUND POLICY. 

ALL REFUNDS WILL BE IN A FORM OF CREDIT TO BE APPLIED TO A FUTURE CAMP & LOCATION. (THIS APPLIES TO CAMPS THAT ARE CANCELLED)

  • REFUNDS AT (30) DAYS OR MORE IN ADVANCE FROM THE START OF A CAMP WILL BE A FULL REFUND IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT TO BE USED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR FUTURE CAMP. 
     
  • REFUNDS AT (15-29 DAYS) BEFORE START OF CAMP WILL BE A 50% REFUND IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT TO BE USED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR FUTURE CAMP.
     
  • REFUNDS AT (0-14 DAYS) BEFORE START OF CAMP WILL BE A 25% REFUND IN THE FORM OF A CREDIT TO BE USED AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR FUTURE CAMP.
